We have been in the window coverings industry for over 20 years. Our owner began his career in the New Home Builder’s Industry selling window treatments to residential home owners. We discovered that there was a better way to offer a higher service, better quality, and affordable products to our clients, Therefore, Refreshing Touch Window Coverings was started.
